EFT
EFT- short for Emotional Freedom Technique is at the leading edge in the field of Energy Psychology. This technique is described as
an emotional form of acupuncture. EFT was founded by Personal Performance Coach (& Stanford Engineer) Gary H. Craig. EFT is a fabulous tool for achieving your optimal success and wellness.
The basic principle of EFT is: The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system.
By tuning in to the issue (stressor) and activating our body's energy system by tapping on certain energy points, we can clear our body's response to the issue (stressor). Easily, effectively, affordably... and relatively quickly!
To practice EFT
First, you combine a descriptive statement about your symptom which allows you to 'tune in' to your problem or issue. This is called 'The Setup'. Then with two fingers, you 'tap' on specific energy (acupuncture) points on your body to stimulate the energy meridians, allowing for re-harmonizing of the meridians (the body's energy system). This is called 'The Basic Sequence'. Did we not say that your optimal well being is in your hands? It literally is!
