All Traumas Affect Us

Whether you are afraid of snakes, suffer from panic attacks, or are experiencing profound grief or loss, you have likely encountered events in your life that would be considered a 'traumatic event' (big or small- don't worry if nothing comes to you off the top of your head, say, in regard to your fear of snakes). Energy Therapy helps zone in on these events, and reduce the emotional intensity.

Phobias

Phobias are often easily cleared completely with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), a type of energy therapy. I have had wonderful success working with clients to eliminate their fear of snakes, spiders, bees and elevators. Other phobias include: fear of public speaking, claustrophobia, fear of flying, fear of heights, fear of insects (spiders, bees, etc), fear of failure, fear of success, fear of dentistry, doctors, blood, & hospitals.

Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety disorders vary in intensity and nature. Whether you suffer from acute panic attacks, bi-polar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (which also run the gamut) or just garden variety situational anxiety, EFT can help reduce or eliminate the intensity of the anxiety. A META-Medicine consultation may help you find out the underlying cause (tramatic event) that created the anxiety disorder, what the triggers are, and what you can do to keep if from re-triggering.

Emotional Traumas

EFT has been providing profound results helping people heal from all aspects of Trauma; such as heartbreak, grief, loss, abandonment, and PTSD. EFT does not take away the natural traumatic/grief response, but reduces the excessive emotional intensity. I absolutely recommend it to reduce/clear out the remaining emotions (anger, fear, loss, anxiety) that linger and continue to affect one's physical/emotional/spiritual environment.
